Our mission is to foster skill development and create employment opportunities for the youth. We are a recognized Training Partner of NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) under the BFSI Sector Skill Council and a Training Partner of Utkarsh Bangla (Department of Skill Development, Govt. of West Bengal).

2. Trademark & Non-Affiliation Notice

• Trademark Acknowledgment: The term "Tally" is a registered trademark of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

• Independent Status: Tally Academy is an independent entity and is NOT owned by, a subsidiary of, or legally affiliated with Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

• Nominative Fair Use: The use of the word "Tally" in our institution's name and curriculum is strictly for descriptive and educational purposes (Nominative Fair Use).

3. Commitment to Authentic Software

We uphold the highest ethical standards in technical education. Tally Academy utilizes only Original Multi-user Tally Gold Licenses and Virtual User Licenses procured through official channels. We do not support or use pirated software, ensuring our students receive hands-on experience on authentic, licensed platforms for industry readiness.

4. Certification Authority

Certificates issued by Tally Academy are awarded under the authority of our Registered Trust and in alignment with our Government-approved training programs (MSME, NSDC, etc.). These certificates represent the successful completion of our internal training modules and are not issued or endorsed directly by Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
